Waking up to a new year!

Stop beating yourself up and make it New Year more than once a year. Folks put so much pressure on themselves that they are ready to call it quits on all of it just because the promised 6 days a week of Gym, Celery Juice and Yoga are not clicking into your schedule and you have lost…joy.

Bite off some of it.  Eat better, think better, exercise better, meet people and most of all smile.  Your export of a smile helps others and that of course, helps YOU!

Look out and up at the world.  You have the choice to make it great or let it make you. Don’t fail at being you.  Wake up and step into it.  You’ll likely have a lot more fun…and life!
